PRIME-EX-Weather proof is a family of substrates used for external visual communication.

The range is specially designed to be printed wits UV cure technology which is the best printing method for non absorbing substrates.

The principal drawbacks of UV inks are the relatively low adhesion and low chemical and water resistance.

In order to cope with this limitation EX-P developed the PRIME-EX- Weather proof.
The polyolefin environmentally friendly sheet is coated with special primer.

The substrate is easily printed with any UV ink technology. Offset: Dry offset: Screen printing: Digital inkjet.

The final print result is scratch resistant also in wet conditions wash proof and sun protected.
