PLASPRO offers a large assortment of BO PET films with trade mark Tenolan®. The films can be transparent, coloured in mass, one side corona treated, metallised or coated.
PACKS AND PACKING
The film Tenolan® is used at the production of multilayer flexible packaging for food application and technical packaging. The film is characterised by a high strength, dimensional stability in a wide temperature range, high transparency, low gas and moisture permeability.
ELECTROINSULATIONS
The PET film proves very good electroinsulating properties and resistancy against oils, solvents and softners, and is used in cables, transformers, electroengines and capacitors production.
OTHER INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
The combination of characteristics of the film Tenolan® is utilised at the production of labels and stickers, adhesive tapes, silicon treated films, identification and credit cards, reinforced films (sheets), stationery, etc.
BAKING FOIL
The type suitable for thermal preparation of food. The foil is marked by higher heat resistency.
ENVIRONMENT
The PET film is harmless and ecological. When burnt, it is decaying to CO2 and water.
FOLAM
FOLAM is a trademark used for multi-layer laminated materials manufactured by Fatra j.c. The materials are mostly of film type, with the basic layer consisting of a BO PET film.
APPLICATION OF FOLAM MULTI-LAYER LAMINATED MATERIALS
Individual types of FOLAM materials are primarily used for packaging operations. The barrier properties of the BO PET basic material and easy weldability of the auxiliary materials (PE, PP) provide a convenient combination for designing packaging products. The barrier properties may be enhanced by applying an aluminium coating while the product appearance may be improved by adding colour to the BO PET film. The product range also includes special types of FOLAM laminates designed for technical applications.
